As part of INDEPENDENT Project, high-volume algae biomass cultivated in open ponds or closed photobioreactors can perform different processes, such as centrifugal dewatering, homogenization and cell disruption, spray drying as per final application preference within the integrated biorefinery to yield more than one product.
All downstream processes (harvesting, dewatering, disruption, separation, drying, etc.) optimized according to different algae species and products can be performed with the equipment at our facility.
