Large capacity autoclave devices are used for the preparation of nutrient media of samples studied within the scope of Project INDEPEDENT, sterilization of glass and plastic equipment, and decontamination of biological samples.
With the large capacity Nucleus OT430 autoclave device in the infrastructure, product and equipment sterilization can be performed at different times under 121°C and 15 psi pressure.
